The service
TuneFreak makes music with its own software and streams it to you. Listening is free and needs no account. Downloading a track for use in your own work needs an account and is covered by the license.
Accounts
You must be [AGE] or older. Keep your password to yourself; what happens on your account is yours. We can close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.
The music and its license
Every track is composed by TuneFreak's software, not by a model trained on other people's recordings. TuneFreak owns the tracks; a download gives you the license described on the license page and nothing more. The free tier requires a credit line; the Creator plan does not.
The Creator plan
[PRICE] a month, billed by [PAYMENT PROVIDER], cancel any time from the account page; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Tracks downloaded while the plan was active stay licensed after it ends.
What you may not do
- Register TuneFreak music in Content ID, or any similar system, or claim it as your own composition.
- Resell, redistribute or stream the music as music (a track in your video is fine; a "lofi radio" built from our stream is not).
- Pull the stream or the downloads by script, or circumvent the limits on them.
