What we collect
If you make an account: your email address and a password hash. If you download a track: the track's proof id, when it was made and which account made it, so the license can be verified later. If you pay for the Creator plan: your payment is handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]; we keep the subscription status, not your card.
Your microphone and files
The tuner, tap tempo and key finder run on your device. Microphone audio and files you open in a tool are processed in your browser and are not sent to TuneFreak. The Pro audio tools (vocal remover, stem splitter) are the exception: the file you upload is sent to our server, processed, returned to you and deleted within [HOURS] hours.
How we use it
To sign you in, to count your free downloads, to issue and verify license certificates, and to run the service. We do not sell personal data and we do not train models on anything you upload.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the site for us: hosting, email delivery and payment processing. [LIST]. Each one only gets what it needs for its job.
Cookies and analytics
A session cookie keeps you signed in and limits how fast one visitor can pull music. We use self-hosted analytics ([ANALYTICS]) to count visits; it does not share data with advertisers.
Your choices
You can export or delete your account from the account page at any time. Deleting the account keeps the proof pages of tracks you downloaded, because other people may rely on them, but removes your name from them.
