The license

The TuneFreak license

Last updated [DATE] · Draft, not yet reviewed by counsel

What you can do

Use a downloaded track as the music in your own work: YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels and TikToks, podcasts, Twitch and other streams, social posts, ads, games and apps, client work. Monetized or not. Worldwide, for as long as the work exists.

The credit line

Free downloads carry a short credit baked into the audio and need this line in the description: Music: TuneFreak (tunefreak.com). Creator plan downloads are clean and need no credit.

The proof page

Every download has a page at tunefreak.com/proof/<id> with the track's seed, the time it was made, the account it was made for and the file's hash. Link it in any dispute; it stays online even if you delete your account.

What you cannot do

  • Release the track as a song of your own (streaming services, distributors) or register it in Content ID.
  • Sell or give away the track itself, or a pack of tracks.
  • Use it in anything that claims TuneFreak endorses it.

If you get a claim anyway

It would be a mistake on the claimant's side, because nothing of ours is registered anywhere. Dispute it with the proof page, and write to [SUPPORT EMAIL]; we will back the dispute.
